精品论文 参考文献 经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除与前列腺汽化电切治疗前列腺增生的疗效比较 湖南省岳阳市一人民医院泌尿外科 湖南岳阳 414000 【摘 要】目的：观察分析经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除与前列腺汽化电切治疗前列腺增生的疗效。方法：选取2014年8月份到2015年8月份收治的前列腺增生的患者86例。按照数字随机法分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者采用钬激光剜除术，对照组患者采用汽化电切治疗术。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的手术时间比对照组时间长，手术出血量、住院时间均小于对照组，Plt;0.05；两组患者经治疗后，生活质量评分、前列腺评分、尿流动力学与治疗前比较，差异明显，Plt;0.05；治疗后，观察组患者的生活质量评分、前列腺评分、尿流动力学与对照组患者的各项指标数差异明显，Plt;0.05；观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组，Plt;0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：钬激光剜除术对前列腺增生的治疗明显优于传统的汽化电切治疗，值得临床推广。 【关键词】钬激光剜除；汽化电切；前列腺增生 [Abstract]：Objective：To observe the analysis of curative effect of the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia by urethral prostate holmium laser enucleation and transurethral vaporization and electro resection.Methods：86 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected from August 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital.According to the digital random method，the observation group and the control group were divided into two groups.The observation group were treated by holmium laser enucleation，the control group were treated by transurethral therapy.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results：observation group patients at the time of surgery compared to the control group for a long time，bleeding volume during operation，hospitalization time was less than that of the control group（P lt; 0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment，life quality score，prostate score，urine flow dynamics and treatment before，significant difference，（P lt; 0.05).After treatment were observed the patients life quality score，prostate score，urine flow dynamics and control groups of the index number of significant difference（P lt; 0.05).Observation group，the complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group，P lt; 0.05，with statistical significance.Conclusion：transurethral treatment is obviously superior to the traditional holmium laser enucleation on benign prostatic hyperplasia resection，worthy of clinical application. 随着我国人口老龄化的增加，前列腺增生的患病人数逐年上升，患者一般年龄大，身体机能退化严重，所以对于手术的耐受
