精品论文 参考文献 经尿道等离子气化前列腺剜除治疗良性前列腺增生症的疗效 湖南省安仁县人民医院 湖南郴州 423600 摘要：目的：探究经尿道等离子气化前列腺剜除治疗良性前列腺增生症的疗效及安全性。方法：将88例良性前列腺增生患者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组患者44例，试验组的患者采用经尿道等离子气化剜除术进行治疗，对照组患者采用传统的前列腺电切术进行治疗。观察并记录患者手术前、手术中和手术后的相关指标，对比、分析。结果：手术前，两组患者的基本情况没有明显差异（Pgt;0.05），手术时间，试验组用时（65.2plusmn;15.6）min小于对照组的时间（81.5plusmn;18.3）min，两组比较具有显著性差异（Plt;0.05）；手术中的出血量，试验组（128.8plusmn;22.9）mL明显低于对照组（181.3plusmn;24.7）mL，两组比较具有显著性差异（Plt;0.05）；手术后的IPPS评分，???验组（9.9plusmn;1.9）分低于对照组（17.2plusmn;3.6）分，两组比较具有显著性差异；另外，尿动力学的检查结果，包括：膀胱压力、尿的流量和残余尿量，其中前两者试验组明显高于对照组，残余尿量，试验组明显降低，差异均具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。同时，试验组的患者术后并发症的发生率也显著低于对照组（Plt;0.05）。结论：与对照组相比，经尿道等离子气化剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生症具有良好的疗效，并且操作简单、治疗时间短、安全性较高、术后并发症的发生率也较低，值得在临床上广泛推广。 关键词：双极气化；良性前列腺增生症；疗效 Abstract：objective：to explore the transurethral plasma gasification gouge out except for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia of prostate efficacy and safety. Methods：88 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group，each group of 44 cases，patients of experimental group were treated by transurethral plasma gasification gouge out except the surgery treatment，the control group were treated by traditional prostate electricity cut method for treatment.
