基于plc的机械手控制系统设计
摘要:本文设计首先简述了机械手的研究意义,以及机械手的结构组成部分。研究分析机械手的总体设计,并完成了机械手的结构设计。设计了气动系统回路,并进行了气动元件的选型。选择三菱PLC确定了控制方案,根据I/O分配完成了外部接线图,编写了梯形图程序,完成机械手控制系统设计,实现对机械手的控制。

DesignofmanipulatorcontrolsystembasedonPLC
Abstract:Thispaperfirstdescribesthedesignofthemanipulatorresearchsignificance,aswellasthestructureofthemanipulatorcomponents.Theoveralldesignofthemanipulatorisstudiedandanalyzed,andthestructuredesignofthemanipulatoriscompleted.Thepneumaticsystemloopisdesignedandtheselectionofpneumaticcomponentsiscarriedout.MitsubishiPLCwasselectedtodeterminethecontrolscheme,andtheexternalwiringdiagramwascompletedaccordingtotheI/Odistribution,andtheladderdiagramprogramwaswrittentocompletethedesignofthemanipulatorcontrolsystemandrealizethecontrolofthemanipulator.
