The optimum extraction condition were as follows: enzymolysis time was 2.00 h, enzymolysis temperature was 48.50 ℃, cellulose enzyme amount was 2.10%, pH was 4.00.Under this condition, the yield was up to 3.320%, the relative error was smaller compared to the predicted value 3.32836%.
