响应面法优化超声辅助提取佛手瓜多糖工艺

摘 要: 本文以佛手瓜为原料,采用响应面法优化超声辅助提取佛手瓜多糖。在单因素试验基础上,运用 Box-Behnken
中心组合实验和响应面法考察了液料比、超声功率、超声温度、超声时间四个因素对佛手瓜多糖得率的影响,并优
化了提取工艺。结果表明最佳的工艺条件为:液料比30 mL ·g-1、超声功率 245 W 、超声温度 65 ℃,超声 40 min 。在
此条件下佛手瓜多糖得率的预测值为 3.319%,验证实验值为 3.288%,其相对误差为 0.934% 。

Abstract: The ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of Polysaccharides from Sechium edule (Jacq.) Swartz were
optimized by response surface methodology. Based on the single-factor experiments, the effects of four variables on
Polysaccharides yield and the optimum process were evaluated by Box-Behnken central composite experimental design and
response surface methodology analysis. The results showed the optimum conditions were the ratio of liquid-to-material 30
mL ·g-1, ultrasonic power 245 W, ultrasonic temperature 65 ℃, ultrasonic time 40 min, under these optimized conditions the
yield of polysaccharides could be up to 3.288% and the relative error was 0.934%.
