水溶性叶黄素两亲性共聚物纳米胶束的稳定性

摘 要:采用聚乙二醇–聚己内酯两亲性嵌段共聚物为载体包载叶黄素形???纳米束,有效地改善了叶黄素的水溶性并
提高了其稳定性.考察 pH、光、氧、热及金属离子对叶黄素胶束稳定性的影响.结果表明,叶黄素经包载后可明显提高
叶黄素的光稳定性和热稳定性,减弱了 pH 的影响和氧气对叶黄素的氧化降解.
关键词:叶黄素;稳定性;纳米胶束;两亲性嵌段共聚物

Abstract:Amphiphilic block copolymer MePEG-PCL was applied as carrier to encapsulate lutein to form nano-micelle,
water-solubility and stability of lutein were improved by encapsulation. The stability of lutein micelle under different
conditions,such as pH,light,oxygen,temperature,metal ions were studied. The results showed that the
