冠心病合并糖尿病患者冠状动脉造影的的特点 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨冠心病（CHD）合并糖尿病（DM）患者冠状动脉造影的临床特点。方法 143例经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠心病患者， 根据有无合并糖尿病分为DM组（62例）和非DM组（81例）， 比较两组患者的一般情况、血脂和冠状动脉病变范围和程度。结果 两组年龄、体质量指数（BMI）、吸烟、高血压（HBP）比较， 差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）， DM组总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）均高于非DM组（P0.05）， DM组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）低于非DM组（P0.05）， DM组冠状动脉重度狭窄、闭塞、弥漫性病变、3支及以上病变发病率高于非DM组（P0.05）。结论 DM组冠状动脉病变累及范围广而且程度重。 　　【关键词】 冠心病；糖尿病；冠状动脉造影 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2015.25.007 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical characteristics of coronary arteriography in coronary heart disease （CHD） complicated with diabetes mellitus （DM） patients. Methods A total of 143 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary arteriography were divided by occurrence of diabetes mellitus into DM group （62 cases） and non-DM group （81 cases）. Comparisons were made on common data， blood lipid， range and degree of coronary artery disease in the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences of age， body mass index （BMI）， smoking and high blood pressure （HBP） between the two groups （P0.05）. The DM group had all higher total cholesterol （TC）， triglyceride （TG）， and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） than the non-DM group （P0.05）. The DM group had lower high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） than the non-DM group （P0.05）. The DM group had higher incidences of severe coronary stenosis， occlusion， diffuse lesion， and over 3-vessel disease than the non-DM group （P0.05）. Conclusion DM group has large involved range and high severity of coronary artery disease. 　　【Key words】 Coronary heart disease； Diabetes mellitus； Coronary arteriography 　　近年来， 随着人们生活水平提高， CHD在我国的发病率和死亡率正逐年增高。DM是冠心病的独立危险因素， 糖尿病患者中冠心病的发生率是正常人群的2～4倍。冠心病合并糖尿病患者血管病变损害发生常较早， 而且多支病变及弥漫性病变发生率较高。为探讨冠心病合并糖尿病冠状动脉病变情况， 本文回顾分析本院143例患者的临床资料， 为临床实践提供理论依据。现报告如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1. 1 一般资料 选择2012年10月～2013年12月在本院经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠心病患者143例， 根据有无合并DM分为DM组和非DM组， 其中DM组62例， 男48例， 女14例， 平均年龄（64.2±8.7）岁；非DM组81例， 男63例， 女18例， 平均年龄（63.5±9.2）岁。 　　1. 2 冠状动脉造影CHD
