冠心病合并糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变分析 谷 青 余海 钱宝堂 云南省玉溪市人民医院心内科 云南玉溪 653100 摘要 目的：探讨冠心病合并糖尿病（DM）患者冠状动脉病变(CHD)特点。方法：对230例行冠状动脉造影（CAG）患者进行回顾性分析，其中CHD合并DM患者110例，不合并DM的CHD患者120例。对两组资料进行分析来了解CHD合并Ⅱ型DM患者冠脉病变及其临床特点，为临床防治该类疾病提供病例参考。结果 冠心病合并糖尿病的冠脉造影主要表现为3支病变和多支多节段病变，而非糖尿病冠心病患者的冠脉造影主要表现为1 支病变和2支病变；糖尿病组冠状血管的狭窄程度明显高于非糖尿病组。结论 冠心病合并糖尿病，主要表现为冠状血管病变广泛、严重，应加强CHD一级和二级预防。 Discuss the pathological change characteristic of the sufferers suffering coronary heart disease being complicated by diabetes . But the coronary artery radiography of the sufferers suffering coronary heart disease not being complicated by diabetes mainly show 1-branch pathological change and 2-branch pathological change .The degree of the stricture of sufferers suffering coronary heart disease being complicated by diabetes is obviously higher than those not being complicated by diabetes .Conclusion: The characteristic of the coronary heart disease being complicated by diabetes mainly show a broad , serious pathological change of the coronary blood vessel .
