THISISALEGALLYBINDINGCONTRACT

ThisLeaseAgreementismadebyandbetweenthefollowingparties:

LeaseholdersObligations:

1.TheLesseeagreestopaytheLessortherentdueunderthisLeaseAgreementonorbeforethefirstdayofeachmonth.TherentshallbepaidbycertifiedcheckormoneyorderandshallbedepositedtotheLessorsaccountasspecifiedbelow:[AccountInformation].

2.TheLesseeagreestokeepthePremisesingoodconditionandtorepairanydamagestothePremisescausedbytheLesseeortheLesseesguests.TheLesseeshallalsocomplywithallapplicablelawsandregulationsconcerningtheuseandoccupancyofthePremises.

3.TheLesseeagreesnottosubletthePremisesoranypartthereofwithouttheLessorswrittenconsent.IftheLessorgivesconsent,theLesseeshallensurethatthesubtenantcomplieswithallthetermsandconditionsofthisLeaseAgreement.

4.TheLesseeagreestogivetheLessorawrittennoticeatleast[NoticePeriod]daysbeforeterminatingthisLeaseAgreement.ThenoticeshallspecifythedateofterminationandthereasonforterminatingtheLeaseAgreement.

5.TheLesseeagreestopayallutilitiesandotherchargesrelatedtotheuseofthePremises,includingbutnotlimitedtoelectricity,water,sewer,garbagecollection,andinternetservice.TheLesseeshallalsopayforanydamagestothePremisescausedbytheLesseeortheLesseesguests.

LessorsObligations:

1.TheLessoragreestodeliverthePremisestotheLesseeonthedatespecifiedinthisLeaseAgreement.TheLessorshallensurethatthePremisesareingoodconditionatthetimeofdelivery.
