Thegoodsshallbeproperlypackedandmarkedinaccordancewiththeusualpracticesfortransportation.TheSellershallbearallcostsrelatedtopackingandmarking.

Article7:DelayandForceMajeure

Article8:WarrantyandAfter-SalesService

TheSellershallprovideawarrantyperiodof[WarrantyPeriod]forthegoods.Duringthisperiod,anydefectsinmaterialorworkmanshipshallberectifiedbytheSellerwithoutadditionalchargetotheBuyer.TheSellershallalsoprovideafter-salesserviceasagreeduponbybothparties.
