依那普利联合丹参酮治疗肺心病加重期76例观察 Enalaprilat joint tanshinone treatment of cor pulmonale is aggravating period 76 cases of observation [摘要]目的：研究针对肺心病加重期患者使用依那普利、丹参酮联合治疗的临床效果及治疗安全性。方法：从我院2013年10月-2014年09月期间内前来治疗的肺心病加重期患者中，择选了76例合适病例展开研究。通过使用数字法分成治疗组和对照组，每组分别38例患者。两组患者均给予常规基础治疗后，对照组病例采用依那普利治疗，治疗组病例采用依那普利与丹参酮联合治疗，评定比较两组治疗效果和血液流变学指标变化情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为89.84%，对照组治疗总有效率为65.79%，治疗组治疗总有效率（86.84%VS65.79%）显著优于对照组。比较差异较大（X2=4.057，P0.05），存在统计学意义。另外，治疗后治疗组患者血浆黏度、全血黏度、红细胞压积血液流变学指标改善显著优于对照组。比较差异（P0.05），有统计学意义。结论：依那普利与丹参酮联合用于治疗肺心病加重期疾病患者临床效果突出。 关键词：依那普利；丹参酮；肺心病加重期；联合治疗；效果评定 [abstract] objective: to study on patients with cor pulmonale is aggravating period using enalaprilat, tanshinone joint treatment the clinical effect and safety. Methods: from the hospital in October 2013, during the period of 2014-09 in the treatment of patients with cor pulmonale is aggravating period, to choose his own study of 76 cases appropriate. By using digital method is divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 38 cases respectively. Two groups of patients were given the conventional foundation treatment, control group cases with enalaprilat treatment, treatment group cases by enalaprilat and tanshinone combined treatment, Evaluation of comparing two groups of treatment effect and the change of the blood rheology indexes.
