????全胃切除术后早期肠内营养灌注的临床观察????????????作者：方向阳，罗 宏，朱向　　时间：2007-11-23 10:25:00　　???????? ????????????关键词：全胃切除术 ????????? 【摘要】? 目的? 观察早期肠内营养对全胃切除手术患者术后恢复以及住院费用的影响。方法? 对2001年7月～2005年7月收治的57例全胃切除患者进行回顾分析：观察早期肠内营养、肠外营养患者的手术后并发症、肛门排气、排便时间及住院费用。结果? 两组手术并发症无明显差别，早期肠内营养组患者的肛门排气、排便时间明显早于肠外营养组。住院费用少于肠外营养组。两组间差异有显著性。结论? 在全胃切除术中早期肠内营养，不但能促进肠道功能的恢复，促进肛门排气、排便。而且在治疗严重的手术并发症起着重要作用，另一方面可以明显减少患者住院费用，值得在全胃切除手术临床治疗中应用、推广。??? ??? 【关键词】? 全胃切除术；早期肠内营养灌注??? ??? Clinical observation of early filling of intestinal nutrition after total gastrectomy?????????????? 【Abstract】? Objective? Observing the influence of recovery after operation and cost of hospitalization by using early filling of intestinal nutrition to patients with total gastrectomy.Methods? Reviewing analysis of clinical data from 57 patients with total gastrectomy who were put in patient-department from July 2001 to July 2005，as while observing operative complications、time of exhaust and defecation of anus and cost of nutrition and hospitalization about all 57 patients who were given early filling of intestinal nutrition or parenteral nutrition.Results? There was no significant difference in operative complications between the two groups，but the time of exhaust and defecation of anus about patients who were given early filling of intestinal nutrition was earlier than parenteral nutrition， and cost of hospitalization was less. There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion?
