内蒙紫草总黄酮提取工艺及
其抗氧化活性研究

摘 要 :以内蒙紫草总黄酮得率为指标 ,在单 因素试验基础上 ,采用响应面法优化超声波辅助提取工艺,并以芦丁为对
照,测定 内蒙紫草总黄酮的抗氧化活性。结果表明,响应面试验获得的内蒙紫草总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数
58.57 % ,料液比 1 ∶ 43.33(g/mL ),超声时间 3.33 h ,此时总黄酮得率 4.94 %。

Abstract : The objects of this study were to optimize extraction process and to research in vitro antioxidant ac鄄
tivity of total flavonoids from Arnebia guttata Bunge. The extraction technology was optimized by single factor
experiment and response surface methodology and the antioxidant effect was determined with rutin as positive
control. The results had indicated that the extraction optimum technological conditions were the solid -liquid

ratio 1 ∶ 43.33 g/mL the concentration of ethanol 58.57 % the extracting time 3.33 h and the yield of total
flavonoids was 4.94 %.
