The calib ration cu rve s for the eigh t fatso lub le dye s were μ linear over the concen tration range s of 01 - 5 g/mL and their correlation coefficien t range s were of 0999 7 - 1000 0. The average recoverie s of the eigh t fat - so lub le dye s ranged from 87% to 103% ( n = 6) at the sp ik ing levels of 05 ～5 m g/ kg.
