恩替卡韦联合甘利欣胶囊治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎效果观察 　　[摘要]目的 观察恩替卡韦联合甘利欣胶囊治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床效果。方法 选择2014年8月～2016年2月在温岭市第一人民医院就诊的慢性乙肝患者46例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组23例。对照组接受恩替卡韦治疗；观察组接受恩替卡韦联合甘利欣胶囊治疗，疗程均为6个月。观察两组治疗前后生化指标丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）及天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）复常率、乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸（HBV-DNA）及乙型肝炎E抗原（HBeAg）阴转率。结果 治疗6个月后，观察组的ALT复常率（82.6%）、AST复常率（86.9%）高于对照组（60.9%，56.5%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 恩替卡韦联合甘利欣胶囊治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者优于单用恩替卡韦 [关键词]恩替卡韦；甘利欣胶囊；乙肝病毒；肝功能 [中图分类号] R512.6+2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）04（a）-0131-03 Clinical effect observation of Entecavir combined with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus MAO Jin-chao Department of Infectious Diseases，the First People′s Hospital of Wenling in Zhejiang Province，Wenling 317503，China [Abstract]Objective To observe the clinical effect of Entecavir combined with Ciammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods 46 patients with chronic hepatitis B virus who were treated in the First People′s Hospital of Wenling from August 2014 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Entecavir alone wihle the observation group was given Entecavir combined with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsule，the period of treatment were 6 months.The the recovery rates of ALT and AST，the negative conversion rates of HBV-DNA and HBeAg were compared between two groups.Results After 6 months treatment， The the recovery rates of ALT（82.6%） and AST（86.9%）in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（60.9%，56.5%），and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Entecavir combined with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules is better than Entecavir alone in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus.
