复合氨基酸微量元素螯合肥制备工艺研究穆 杰 , 复合氨基酸微量元素螯合肥制备工艺研究 穆 杰 , 徐阳春 3 , 沈其荣 (南京农业大学资源与环境学院 ,江苏南京 210095) 摘要 : 以废弃鸡毛水解液为复合氨基酸来源 ,研究其与微量元素铁 、锌 、锰 、铜螯合的最佳工艺条件 ,并利用有机溶 剂沉淀分离法制备固体复合氨基酸亚铁 、锌 、锰 、铜螯合物 ,以螯合率为指标考察影响制备工艺的主要因素 。结果 表明 ,最佳工艺参数为 :复合氨基酸与亚铁 、锌 、锰和铜螯合反应的最佳配位体摩尔比均为 2∶1 ; 最佳 p H 值范围分 别为 510 、810 、410~510 和 610~710 ; 反应温度为室温 (22~26 ℃) ; 反应时间为 30 min 。在上述条件下 ,复合氨基 酸与各微量元素的螯合率均超过 95 % ; 所得复合氨基酸螯合物可与 012 mol/ L 磷酸二氢钾复配 ,克服了传统微肥 完全不能与磷酸盐复配的缺陷 。 关键词 : 复合氨基酸 ; 微量元素 ; 螯合物 中图分类号 : TQ44416 文献标识码 : A 文章编号 :1008 - 505X (2006) 06 - 0896 - 06 Manufacturing technology of chelation of a mino acids with microelements MU Jie , XU Yang2chun 3 , SHEN Qi2rong ( College of Resources and Environmental Sciences , N anjing Agric. Univ. , N anjing 210095 , China) Abstract : Manufacturing technology of complex amino acids fertilizer chelated with microelements , such as iron ( II) , zinc , manganese , and copper was studied in this paper . Amino acids were hydrolyzed from waste chicken feather . Highly pure solid chelates of amino acids with iron ( II) , zinc , manganese , copper were separated using precipitation fractiona2 tion by adding organic solvent . The optimum manufacture conditions for chelates synthesis were evaluated based on the chelation rate . The optimal molar ratio of ligand of the amino acids to the four microelements was 2∶1 and p H for the chelation with iron ( II) , zinc , manganese and copper were 510 , 810 , 410 —510 , and 610 —710 , respectively. Chela2 tion could take place at room temperature (22 —26 ℃) for 30 min. All the chelation rates of amino acid with the four mi2 croelements were more than 95 % , under above conditions. The results also showed that these four chelated salts could be blended with 012 mol/ L potassium dihydrogen phosphate ( KH2 PO4) ( quality concentration 2172 %) , therefore , it partly solves the problem that traditional microelements fertilizer could not re - blend with phosphate .
