响应面优化超声辅助提取芦笋黄酮工艺研究

摘 要 :采用Two-Levei •与响应面法对超声辅助芦勞废弃物提取黄酮类化合物的工艺参数进
行设计优化。通过 SAS 9. 0 软件分析,先后确定主效因子与最佳工艺参数:在超声功率774. 3
kW ,液料比为80.5: 1 和萃取温度84.7 °C 的情况下,对芦笋废弃物中黄酮进行乙醇萃取,黄
酮提取量为8.662 ±0.15 mg/g ,与领测值(8. 737 mg/g )非常相近,_R2( =96.61% )显示该回归
模型可准确地预测超声波辅助芦笋废弃物中黄酮的乙醇提取量。

Response surface optimization of extraction technology of
flavonoids from asparagus waste assisted with ultrasonic

Abstract :Experiments were carried out to optimize the ethanol extraction parameters of flavonoids from asparagus
peel which was pretreatmented by ultrasonicusing response surface methodology in the study. All the data were ana
lyzed by SAS 9.0 software and the optimized conditions were obtained. Under the optimum conditions(liquid -soli-
dratio 80.5: 1,774.3 kW ,84.7 °C ) , the quantity of flavonoids extracted was up to 8.662 ±0. 15 mg/g , which
was close to the predicted value (8.737 mg/g ). The model had a satisfactory coefficient of R2 ( =96. 61% ) and
verified experimentally. The results showed that response surface methodology was a useful method to optimize the
ethanol extraction parameters of flavonoids from asparagus peel which was pretreated by ultrasonic .
