响应面法优化马齿苋黄酮超声波提取工艺

摘要: 以野生马齿苋为试验材料,在单因素试验基础上,采用Box-Behnken试验设计和响应面分析法,探讨乙
醇体积分数、液料比、提取时间以及提取温度对马齿苋黄酮提取率的影响。 结果表明:优化的马齿苋黄酮超声波法
提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数80%、液料比30 ∶ 1(ml/ g)、提取时间55.40 min、提取温度64.19 ℃,此条件下马齿
苋黄酮理论提取率为1.42%,实际提取率为1.38%。 回归模型的预测值与实测值接近,表明响应面法对马齿苋黄
酮提取工艺的优化合理可行。

Abstract: UsingPortulaceoleraceaL.asmaterial,theeffectsofethanolvolumefraction,ratioofliquid-to-solid,ex-
traction time andextractiontemperatureontheextractionyieldofflavonoidweredeterminedthroughresponse surfacemeth-
odology based on Box-Behnken experimental design. The results showed that optimum extraction conditions were 80.00%,
30 ∶ 1(ml/ g),55.40minand64.19℃ forethanolvolumefraction,ratioofliquid-to-solid,extractiontimeandextraction
temperature,respectively.Undertheseconditions,thepredictedandactualextractionratesofflavonoidfromPortulaceoler-
acea L. were 1.42% and 1.38%,respectively. The predictive value of the regression model agreed with the experimental
value,and the optimized conditionsfor flavonoid extraction fromPortulace oleracea L. were reliable.
