工艺技术 Science and Technology of Food Industry 山茱萸籽总黄酮的响应曲面法 优化微波辅助提取工艺的研究 刘瑞林,詹汉英,张志琪* (药用资源与天然药物化学教育部重点实验室,陕西师范大学化学化工学院,陕西西安710062 ) 摘 要: 目的:利用微波辅助提取技术对山茱萸籽总黄酮的提取工艺进行研究。 方法:以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外 分 - 光光度法测定山茱萸籽中总黄酮的含量,以总黄酮含量为考察指标,采用响应曲面优化法(RSM )优化山茱萸籽总黄 酮的提取工艺。 结果:优化的山茱萸籽总黄酮微波辅助提取工艺参数为:微波功率350W ,乙醇体积分数50% ,液料比 20mL/g ,提取时间13min。在此最佳条件下,山茱萸籽总黄酮的一次提取率为6.68% 。结论:山茱萸籽含有较高的总黄酮 含量,所确定的提取工艺提取率高、速度快、操作简便。 关键词:微波辅助提取,山茱萸籽,总黄酮,响应曲面法(RSM ) Optimization of microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Cornus officinalis seed by response surface methodology * , , LIU Rui-lin ZHAN Han-ying ZHANG Zhi-qi (Key Laboratory of Medicinal Resource and Natural Pharmaceutical Chemistry of Ministry of Education , School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering ,Shaanxi Normal University ,Xi ’an 710062 ,China) : ( ) Abstract :Objective A microwave-assisted extraction MAE method was studied for the extraction technology : of total flavonoids from Cornus officinalis seed.
