根据《中华人民共和国民法典》及相关法律法规的规定，甲乙双方在平等、自愿、公平、诚实信用的基础上，就乙方租赁甲方房屋事宜达成如下协议：

InaccordancewiththeCivilCodeofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaandtherelevantlawsandregulations,PartyAandPartyB,onthebasisofequality,voluntariness,fairness,honestyandgoodfaith,herebyreachthefollowingagreementonPartyBsleaseofPartyAshouse:

一、租赁房屋

I.LeasedPremises

甲方将位于[房屋具体地址]的房屋出租给乙方使用。该房屋建筑面积为[X]平方米，户型为[具体户型]。

四、租金及押金
