鉴于乙方因经营需要，向甲方申请借款，并愿意以其合法拥有的财产作为抵押物，甲方同意向乙方提供借款。根据《中华人民共和国民法典》及相关法律法规的规定，甲乙双方经友好协商，达成如下协议：

WhereasPartyBneedstoborrowmoneyforitsbusinessoperationsandappliestoPartyAforaloan,andiswillingtouseitslegallyownedpropertyascollateral,andPartyAagreestoprovidealoantoPartyB.InaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheCivilCodeofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaandrelevantlawsandregulations,PartyAandPartyBhavereachedthefollowingagreementthroughfriendlynegotiation:

一、借款金额及用途

I.LoanAmountandPurpose
