二、课程描述及目标

（一）课程简介

Theaimofthismoduleisgivestudentstheknowledgeandskillstobeabletoreviewandunderstandtheorganizationalandtechnicalaspectsofinformationsystems.?

Themodulewillalsocovertheroleofinformationsystemsinmanagingorganizationalknowledgeandenhancingmarketdecisionmakingforthedigitalfirm,andlooksatthedesigningoforganizationsusinginformationsystems.

（二）教学目标

Throughthiscourse,studentswilllearnhowtouseinformationtechnologytosolvemanagementproblems,andintegrateinformationtechnologyintotheinnovationofbusinessmodels,productsandservices.Studentswillhaveacomprehensiveunderstandingofthefieldofmanagementinformationsystems,especiallyfromtheperspectiveofmanagement,includingtheapplicationofinformationsystemstosolvemanagementproblems,businessmodel,productandserviceinnovationbasedoninformationtechnology,andmanagementoftheconstructionandoperationofvariousinformationsystems.TobuildupthemindsetandthinkingmethodologyonmodernIT/IS.

课程目标2：Comprehendtheconcept,technologyelementsandpotentialofmodernIT,enterprisesystemsandcommonutilizableinformationsystemsinanorganization.

课程目标3：ComprehendthefundamentalandpowerfulconceptofIT-enabledinnovation,theapproachestoproductinnovationandprocessinnovation,andthestagesofIT-enabledinnovationimplementation.

课程目标4：UnderstandwhysomefirmsarebetterabletoconverttheirITinvestmentsintobusinessvalue.UnderstandthedifficultiesandrisksofITimplementation.Togainabetterunderstan
