Significance of the industrialization production of potato-cake was expounded. On the basis of current situation of processing technology on pota- to ,problems and solutions of processing technology on potato-cake were pointed out. Prospect of application about new semi-fin- ished potato products was looked ahead. Benefits which were brought on aspects such as diet of people ,economic and other fields were summarized. It had guiding significance to improvement of processing technology on potato and development of new potato semi-finished products. Key words :Potato ,Potato-cake ,Industrialization production
