纳洛酮干预治疗重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病对预后影响的临床研究 Sodium naloxone intervention treatment of severe neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy influence on the prognosis of clinical research 作者：广东省江门市第二人民医院 儿科：梁光明副主任医师 郑琼副主任医师 甘晓红副主任医师 Author: Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, the Second Peoples Hospital of Pediatrics: Liang Guangming, deputy director of PhysiciansZheng Qiong, deputy chief physician Gan Xiaohong, deputy director of Physicians 摘要：目的 探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病给予纳洛酮干预治疗的临床评分及对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病NBNA评分及预后的影响。方法 对自2006年1月~2011年12月收治的42例重度新生儿HIE患儿随机分为两组治疗组23例及对照组17例，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用纳洛酮，7~14d为一个疗程，比较两组的临床评分及神经行为NBNA评分。结果 治疗组与对照组临床评分比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组不同时间NBNA评分比较治疗1~3d后两组NBNA评分比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0. 05）；治疗7~14d后两组NBNA评分比较差异有统计学意义（P 0. 05）。结论 新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病给予纳洛酮干预治疗可以明显降低新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病病儿的临床评分和提高NBNA评分，改善新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床评分及体征，明显提高了新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病预后的存活率，降低了死亡率，值得推广应用。 关健词：纳洛酮 干预 新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 Summary: Purpose Neonates?with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy?clinical?score?given?to?the?naloxoneintervention?on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy?the?NBNA score?andprognosis of.
