This research took this school-based activity as the background and used questionnaires, interviews and other methods to gain a deep understanding of the implementation and effectiveness of the activity for building the class teachers team. The study found that this school-based activity has achieved good results in improving the professional competence of class teachers, strengthening their moral cultivation, and promoting school culture construction. At the same time, there are also problems such as inadequate self-quality of class teachers and low enthusiasm for participation. Further research and improvement can explore the content and form of class teachers team building activities, improve the targeted and attractiveness of the activity, and promote the comprehensive development of rural primary school class teachers team.
