子宫B―lynch缝合防治剖宫产宫缩乏力性产后出血临床疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探?子宫B-lynch缝合联合卡贝缩宫素或卡前列素氨丁三醇在剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力产妇中应用的临床效果分析。方法 从2012年1月―2015年12月期间选取存在产后出血高危因素剖宫产产妇70例，随机分为观察组（卡贝缩宫素或卡前列素氨丁三醇应用后予以子宫B-lynch缝合）和对照组（传统治疗联合卡贝缩宫素或卡前列素氨丁三醇），各35例，比较两组治疗后临床效果、术中和术后各指标情况。结果 观察组显效率80.0%、总有效率97.1%高于对照组37.1%、57.1%，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组术中出血（565.38±208.83）mL、手术时间（50.32±16.79）min、术中输血量（251.36±136.28）mL、产后2 h出血量（400.72±60.32）mL、产后24 h出血量（520.14±50.40）mL、住院时间（5.35±0.35）d均少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；产褥感染5.7%低于对照组25.7%，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 子宫B-lynch缝合联合卡贝缩宫素或卡前列素氨丁三醇防治剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性产后出血临床效果较好，术中和术后指征均恢复较好，适合临床广泛推广。 　　[关键词] 子宫B-lynch缝合；卡贝缩宫素；卡前列素氨丁三醇；剖宫产；子宫收缩乏力；产后出血 　　[中图分类号] R983 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）11（c）-0104-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the uterine B-Lynch suture combined with Cabernet oxytocin or card prostacyclin ammonia butyl alcohol three in the Caesarean birth operation in uterine contraction fatigue of maternal clinical effect analysis. Methods During the period from January 2012 to December 2015 selects postpartum hemorrhage risk factors for cesarean section parturients in 70 cases， were randomly divided into observation group （carbetocin or card carboprost tromethamine application be B-Lynch uterine suture） and control group （conventional treatment combined with carbetocin or card carboprost tromethamine）， 35 cases in each， were compared between the two groups after treatment the clinical effect， intraoperative and postoperative indexes.
