子宫缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血临床疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 研究子宫缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗子宫收缩乏力产后出血的临床疗效。 方法 将90例子宫收缩乏力性产后出血患者随机分为两组，对照组经B-Lynch缝合术治疗，观察组在此基础上联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。 结果 观察组术后2 h出血量、术后24 h出血量、FSH水平上显著低于对照组，观察组子宫内膜厚度为（5.6±0.9）mm，显著高于对照组；观察组失眠、疲乏、眩晕及潮热出汗症状评分分别为（0.33±0.02）分、（0.37±0.05）分、（0.21±0.04）分、（0.48±0.03）分，均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 子宫收缩乏力性产后出血经子宫缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗，可有效减少患者术后出血量，缓解其不良症状，预后效果良好。 　　[关键词] 子宫缝合术；卡前列素氨丁三醇；子宫收缩乏力；产后出血 　　[中图分类号] R714.461 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）31-0043-03 　　The observation of clinical effects of hysterorrhaphy combined with romethamine in the treatment of uterine contraction atony postpartum hemorrhage 　　DENG Dongyang 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology， the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Guizhou Province， Guiyang 522000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To probe into clinical effects of hysterorrhaphy combined with romethamine in the treatment of uterine contraction atony postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 90 patients with the uterine contraction atony postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group， they were treated with the B-Lynch suture， while in the observation group， on the basis of the treatment in the control group， they were treated with the romethamine. Results The amount of bleeding after 2 h， the amount of 24 h bleeding， and the level of FSH in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The thickness of endometrium in the observation group was（5.6±0.9）mm that was significantly higher than that of control group； In addition， the insomnia， fatigue， dizziness， hectic fever and sweating symptom score in the observation group respectively were（0.33±0.02）score， （0.37±0.05）score， （0.21±0.04）score and （0.48±0.03） score， which were significantly lower than control group， and the difference had statistically significant（P0.05）.
