PAGE 1 PAGE 2 期刊文献 射频热疗联合化疗对恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察 杨亚清 陈劲 袁志军［1］ 罗以［1］王志英 　湖南省常德市安乡县人民医院肿瘤科 415600 湖南省肿瘤医院［1］ 摘要 目的 评价射频热疗联合化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效、毒副反应及对生活质量的影响。方法 50例恶性胸腔积液病人随机分为两组。治疗组25例采用射频热疗联合化疗药物胸腔灌注，根据不同病种选择不同用药方案，热疗5次/ 周，电脑实时测温温度控制在40～43℃并维持45~60min。对照组25例单采用化疗药物胸腔灌注治疗，方法同治疗组。结果 治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为80.0%和32.0%，两组比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05），治疗组KPS评分与对照组比较差异有显著性(P0.05)。治疗组与治疗相关的主要副反应为口干乏力（16%），恶心呕吐（12%），对照组与治疗主要相关副反应为口干乏力（64%），恶心呕吐（52%），食欲减退（56%）。结论 射频热疗联合化疗药物胸腔灌注能显著提高恶性胸腔积液的治疗效果，改善了病人生存质量，是一种安全有效的方法。 关键词 射频热疗　化疗　恶性胸腔积液　　 Rf heat treatment combination chemotherapy to observe the curative effect of malignant pleural effusion YangYaQing chenjing yuanzhijun［1］ luoyi［1］ WangZhiYing AnXiangXian chang DE city of hunan province peoples hospital oncology at 415600 The tumor hospital of hunan province［1］ Abstract objective Evaluation rf heat treatment combination chemotherapy treatment malignant pleural effusion, and the effect of adverse reaction of the influence on the quality of life.
