Methods 40 patients with uterine fibroids admitted in this hospital from January 2010 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups： the control group and the observation group， with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional open surgery， the observation group was given laparoscopic myomectomy， and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The preoperative bleeding and operative time was （±）mL and （±）min respectively， which were significantly lower than those in the control group of （±）mL and （±）min（P）. The postoperative conditions of the observation group was superior to the control group， the body temperature recovery time， exhaust time， hospital stay were shorter than the control group， and patients in the observation group could get out of bed and take in food sooner than the control group（P）. Conclusion For patients with uterine fibroids， the use of laparoscopic myomectomy has a good effect， so it is worth application.
