Methods 120 patients with acute and chronic appendicitis who were treated in this hospital from February 2015 to June 2017 were conveniently selected as the study subjects. 58 of them were treated with laparoscopic appendectomy and regarded as the control group. 62 patients underwent laparoscopic were selected as the observation group and the operation condition， incidence of adverse reactions and total effective clinical treatment of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results In the observation group， the operation time， intraoperative blood loss， the anus ventilation time， length of hospital stay were （ ±）min， （ ±）mL， （±）d， （±）d respectively， significantly better than the control group（P）， and there was statistical significance. There were only 3 adverse reactions in the observation group after treatment， accounted for % and showed significant difference from the control group， which was statistically significant（P）. Conclusion The laparoscopic appendectomy appendicitis treatment can shorten the operation time， reduce the intraoperative blood loss， with fewer postoperative adverse reactions， which is of high security， better curativ
