上海市房屋租赁合同
Lease Contract

根据《中华人民共和国合同法》、《上海市房屋租赁条例》(以下简称:《条例》)的规定,甲、乙双方在平等自愿公平和诚实信用的基础上,经协商一致,就乙方承租甲方可依法出租的房屋事宜,订立本合同。
According to 《The Contract Law Of People’s Republic Of China》《The Law Issues Of The Property Rent In Shanghai》(hereafter called: 《Law Issues》), Party A shall lease to Party B and Party B shall lease from Party A, the relevant property legally owned by Party A, and Party B agree to sign this lease agreement (the Agreement) after friendly consultation and negotiation on the basis of mutual agreement, equality , honesty and mutual benefits in accordance with the relevant national and municipal laws and regulations.
出租或预租房屋情况
Article 1 . Location, Area and Renovation
1-1. 甲方出租给乙方的房屋坐落在本市_ _区 室 全部(以下简称该房屋)。该房屋建筑面积为 平方米,土地用途为 居住 。甲方向乙方出示:
