RentalContract

ThisRentalContractisenteredintoon[insertdate],betweentheLessor[insertnameandaddress],andtheLessee[insertnameandaddress],collectivelyreferredtoastheParties.

1.Property:TheLessoragreestoleasetotheLesseethepropertylocatedat[insertaddress].Thepropertyconsistsof[insertdescription].

2.Term:Thetermofthisleaseagreementshallbeginon[insertstartdate],andterminateon[insertenddate].

3.Rent:TheLesseeshallpayrentintheamountof[insertrentamount]permonth,dueonthe[insertdayofthemonth].Iftherentisnotpaidwithin[insertnumberofdays]daysoftheduedate,theLessormaychargealatefeeof[insertlatefeeamount].

4.Deposit:TheLesseeagreestopayasecuritydepositof[insertdepositamount]uponsigningthisagreement.ThisdepositwillbereturnedtotheLesseewithin[insertnumberofdays]daysoftheterminationofthelease,lessanydeductionsfordamagesorunpaidrent.

5.Maintenance:TheLesseeshallberesponsibleformaintainingthepropertyingoodconditionandmakinganynecessaryrepairs.TheLessorshallberesponsibleformajorrepairsandmaintenance.

6.UseofProperty:TheLesseeagreestousethepropertysolelyforresidentialpurposesandnottosubleasethepropertywithouttheLessorspermission.

7.Termination:Eitherpartymayterminatethisleaseagreementbygivingwrittennoticeatleast[insertnumberofdays]daysbeforethedesiredterminationdate.

8.GoverningLaw:Thisagreementshallbegovernedbythelawsof[insertgoverningstate].

9.EntireAgreement:ThisRentalContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthePartiesandsupersedesanyprioragreementsorunderstandings.
