:比较了两种DNS 试剂测定还原糖含量的影响因素。探讨了试剂添加量、显色时间、测定波长以及显色
后存放时间对测量结果的影响。结果表明,DNS 试剂的用量 1.5ml,沸水浴显色时间5min ,显色定容30min 后,
分别在 540nm 和 550nm 波长条件下测定,数据的准确性和稳定性较好。

Abstract :Two kinds of 3, 5-dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS) agents were respectively used for determination of reducing sugar
content, and effects on determination results by the factors, such as amount of DNS reagent developing time, wavelength and
storage time were discussed. The results showed that on the conditions of reagent amount around 1.5 ml, boiling bath time not
less than 5 minutes, and standing for 30 minutes after developing, at the wavelength of 540 nm and 550 nm for reagent one and
two respectively, the accurate results can be acquired.
