中等职业学校学生职业素养教育研究——以东莞市塘厦理工学校为例的中期报告
摘要:
本研究以东莞市塘厦理工学校为例,以问卷调查、访谈等为主要研究方法,旨在探究中等职业学校学生职业素养教育的现状、问题及改进措施。通过调查和访谈发现,学生对职业素养及其教育存在认知不足、重视程度不高等问题,学校对职业素养教育的开展也存在问题,包括教师素质不高、课程设置不合理等。针对这些问题,本研究提出了一些改进措施,包括注重职业素养教育的基础知识教学、强化特色课程的开拓和实施、加强与企业的合作等,以期提高学生的职业素养。

Abstract:
This study takes Dongguan Tangxia Polytechnic School as an example, and mainly uses questionnaire survey and interview as the main research methods. The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation, problems and improvement measures of vocational competency education for secondary vocational school students. Through investigation and interviewing, it is found that students have inadequate understanding and insufficient attention to vocational competency and its education. The school also has problems in carrying out vocational competency education, including low teacher quality and unreasonable curriculum setting. To address these problems, this study proposes some improvement measures, including focusing on the basic knowledge teaching of vocational competency, strengthening the development and implementation of characteristic courses, and strengthening cooperation with enterprises, in order to improve the vocational competency of students.
