食品研究与开发 2017 年 3 月 分离提取 Food Research And Development 第 38 卷第 6 期 45 DOI :10.3969/j .issn.1005-6521.2017.06.010 超声辅助优化女贞子皮中原花青素的提取工艺 侯巧芝 ,王高峰 ,乔元昊 ,吴倩 (黄河科技学院 医学院 ,河南 郑州 450063 ) 摘 要 : 试验通过超声辅助研究了女 贞子皮 中原花青素的最佳提取工艺。 采用单 因素试验和正交试验考察 了盐酸含 量、乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间和提取温度对原花青素提取率的影响。结果表 明最佳工艺条件为盐酸含量 1.0 % ,乙醇 浓度 60 % ,料液比 1 ∶ 10(g/mL ),超声时间 20 min ,提取温度 50 ℃ ,在此条件下提取率为 4.4 %。该工艺具有操作 简单 ,提 取时间短的特点,为女 贞子皮中原花青素的进一步研究提供 了参考依据。 关键词 : 女 贞子皮 ;原花青素 ;超声辅助 ;提取工艺 Study on Extraction Technology of Proanthocyanidins from Fructus Ligustri Lucidi Skin by Ultrasonic-assisted HOU Qiao-zhi , WANG Gao-feng , QIAO Yuan-hao , WU Qian (School of Medicine , Huanghe Science and Technology College , Zhengzhou 450063 , Henan , China ) Abstract : The extraction technology of proanthocyanidins from Fructus Ligustri Lucidi skin was optimized by microwave-assisted. The single factor and orthogonal test was used to study the effects of proanthocyanidins ex- traction yield , including hydrochloric acid content , ethanol concentration , material -liquid ratio , ultrasonic time and extraction temperature. The results showed that the optimum extraction technology were ∶ hydrochloric acid 1 % , ethanol 60 % , material-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 10 (g/mL ), ultrasonic time 20 min and extraction tempera- ture 50 ℃ . The proanthocyanidins extraction yield was 4.4 % at the best process. The process was simple and short time , and the test provided referential basis for the further research.
