《中国医学创新》第 12 卷 第 3 期（总第 321 期）2015 年 1 月　　综　　述 Zongshu DPP-4抑制剂对糖尿病肾病的研究进展 韩海磊①　柳洁① 　　【摘要】　随着糖尿病病程的发生发展，各种并发症随之而来，其中之一是糖尿病肾病。其是由机体持续 的高血糖状态导致，而 DPP-4 抑制剂能够降低胰高血糖素样肽 -1（GLP-1）的降解，改善机体的高血糖状态， 使糖尿病肾病病程进展得到延缓。除此之外，DPP-4 抑制剂对其他与糖尿病肾病相关的底物起到作用，例如 BNP，活化蛋白 C，HCY 等的表达，均起到对肾脏的保护。研究 DPP-4 抑制剂对糖尿病肾病的作用，将为糖尿 病肾病的治疗提供新的方向。 　　【关键词】　DPP-4 抑制剂；　糖尿病；　糖尿病肾病 　　The Research Progress of DPP-4 Inhibitors on Diabetic Nephropathy/HAN Hai-lei，LIU Jie.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（03）：153-156 　　【Abstract】　With the development of the occurrence of diabetes duration，all sorts of complications ensued，one of them is diabetic nephropathy.It is caused by the body state of sustained high blood sugar，while the DPP-4 inhibitors can reduce glucagon sample peptide-1（GLP-1） degradation，it can improve the body blood sugar state，in order to delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy.In addition，the DPP-4 in order to delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
