浅析民办高校思想道德修养和法律基础课程教学改革
摘 要 思想道德修养与法律基础课(以下简称“基础课”)作为高校思想政治理论课课程体系的重要组成部分,对大学生树立正确的人生观、价值观、道德观和法制观发挥重要的作用。本文针对“基础”课存在的课程内容重复、教学方法单一、评价体系不够完善等问题,从民办高校人才培养目标及学生特点实际出发,结合教学管理与实践,在教学内容、教学方法、评价方式等方面作了积极的探索与改革,让这门课程真正发挥其在培养学生思想道德素质和法律素养方面的作用。

Analysis of Private College Ideological and Moral
Cultivation and Legal Basis Teaching Reform

Abstract Ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis (hereinafter referred to as basic course) as the ideological and political theory course is an important part of the curriculum system, plays an important role for students to establish a correct outlook on life, values, ethics and legal concept. In this paper, ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis private colleges curriculum courses exist repeat content, single teaching method, the evaluation system is not perfect and other issues, from personnel training objectives and characteristics of students of private universities reality, combined with the teaching and practice of management, teaching aspects of content, teaching methods, evaluation methods were active exploration and reform, so this course really plays its role in fostering students ideological and ethical standards and legal literacy.

1 民办高校及其学生的特点
民办高校教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,有着不同于普通公办高校教育的特点:民办高校教育的目标是培养实践应用型人才,课程设置坚持以就业为导向、以能力为本位、以学生为主体的原则,课程体系十分重视实践教学。就学生而言,民办高校学生学习基础薄弱、思想素质偏低、自我意识浓厚和实用主义思想较重。民办高校自身及其学生的上述特点要求我们在进行“基础”课程改革时要结合学生的实际状况,立足学校实际,有针对性地开展各项改革措施。
2 民办高校“基础”课现状和原因分析
实效性不强是目前民办高校“基础”课面临的主要问题。究其原因,既有课程自身的问题,如课程内容不够新颖、内容陈旧,缺乏说服力等。也有教师方面的原因,如教师的教学方法陈旧单一,无法激起学生的学习兴趣和热情等。此外,也与民办高校学生重视不够,对课程内容存在抵触心理等因素有关。具体而言,民办高校“基础”课存在的具体问题表现在以下几个方面:
