XXXX大学毕业设计（论文） 基于SoftLink全自动气动分拣线机械回路及控制 系统设计 摘要 随着工业4.0的到来以及工业自动化的发展与普及，生产效率是每个企业致胜的关键。而人工在繁杂重复的物料分拣中越来越满足不了企业和社会的需求，并且伴随着人力资源的匮乏以及价格的昂贵，企业更是负担不起。为了解决这一矛盾，协调好人、机器和物料这三者之间的关系，即用最少的人力控制机器来完成对物料高效且精准的分拣。全自动气动分拣流水线便应运而生。 本文主要讲述了SoftLink产品（PLC）控制的全自动气动分拣流水线的设计。分拣线的硬件部分采用三坐标机械手以及回转机械手可以实现多工位、多流程的功能；采用气动做为动力系统，具有价格低廉、安全、清洁、环保的优点，使用电磁换向阀和气缸完成动作的实现；控制系统为SoftLink产品，采用此系统配合传感器使流水线具有高程度自动化、高精度、运行稳定、易于控制的特点；采用SoftPro软件进行编程，程序采用ST、梯形图语言。以上每一部分均在本文中有详细的介绍。此流水线采用传感技术，多工位同时运行实现了全自动、高准确度、高效率的功能。 关键词：机械设计，SoftLink，传感器，气动 BASEDONTHE SOFTLINKAUTOMATIC PNEUMATICSORTINGLINEDESIGN ABSTRACT With the arrival of the 4.0 industry and the development of industrial automation and popularization, the production efficiency is the key to each enterprisewins.Materials and artificial in repetitive sorting in more and more cant satisfy the needs of enterprises and society, and accompanied by the lack of human resources and the price is expensive, enterprise also cant afford it.In order to solve this contradiction, to coordinate the good relationship between these three, machine and material, which USES the least amount of human control of machine to complete the sorting to the efficient and accurate of materials.Automatic pneumatic sorting line was born. This article mainly tells the SoftLink products (PLC) control of the design of the automatic pneumatic sorting line.Sorting line hardware part adopts three coordinates of the manipulators and rotary manipulator can realize the function of the transfer, process;Adopt pneumatic as a dynamic system, with the advantages of low cost, safe, clean,environmental protection, make the action of using electromagnetic directional valve and cylinder;Control system for the SoftLink products, adopt the system with a sensor assembly line with a high degree of automation, high precision, stable running, easy to control the characteristics of;Using SoftPro software programming, the program using ST, ladder diagram language.
