(11)The validity of the L/C should be amended to May 15th, 2009. (12) In order to guarantee us have enough time to effect negotiation, the expiry place should be “Dongguan China”. (13) The words “shipper must send one set of shipping documents direct to buyer” are to be amended to “ shipper must send one set of shipping documents direct to the opening bank”. (14) Documents must be presented within 15 days or 21 days but not 5 days. (15) Please amend the shipping marks of the foregoing L/C to be “A.B.C/ HONGKONG/ NOS1-1000/ MADE IN CHINA”. (16) The kind of package should be “carton”. (17)Please pay attention to the price term, it should be “FOBC3 GUANGZHOU”. (18) We must draw your attention to the fact that the clause “THE CREDIT IS SUBJECT TO UCP600(2007 REVISION)” should be added on the L/C. (19) Please insert the wording “with 5% more or less both in amount and quantity allowed at sellers’ option” under the description of goods. We highly appreciate it
