精品论文 参考文献 经皮桡动脉穿刺介入治疗冠心病的疗效分析 河南省漯河市漯河医专二附院 河南漯河 462300 摘要：目的：分析在冠心病治疗中采用皮桡动脉穿刺介入的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院在2013年6月至2014年8月期间收治的冠心病患者120例作为研究对象，采用抽签的方式将其分为观察组和对照组两组，对照组给予经股动脉介入治疗，观察组给予经皮桡动脉穿刺介入进行治疗，对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果：观察组并发症的发生率明显低于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；而手术时间、穿刺成功率、住院时间、手术成功率等无明显的差异性，无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。结论：在冠心病治疗中采用经皮桡动脉穿刺介入治疗方法有明显的效果，值得在临床上推广应用。 关键词：经皮桡动脉穿刺；冠心病；治疗效果 【abstract】objective：to analysis USES the radial artery puncture skin in coronary heart disease treatment intervention of clinical therapeutic effect.Selection methods：our hospital from June 2013 to August 2014 admitted during the period of 120 patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）as the research object，USES the lottery will be divided into observation group and control group in the two groups，control group given via femoral artery intervention treatment，observation group was given percutaneous radial artery puncture interventional treatment，to compare the effect of two groups.Results：the incidence of complications of observation group was obviously lower than the control group，patients with statistically significant difference（P lt; 0.05）；And the operation time，the success rate of puncture，length of hospital stay，surgical success rate has no obvious difference，such as no statistical significance（P gt; 0.05）.Conclusion：in treatment of coronary heart disease by percutaneous radial artery puncture interventional treatment has obvious effect，worthy of popularization and application in clinic. 【key words】percutaneous radial artery puncture；Coronary heart disease（CHD）.Treatment effect 冠心病作为一种常见的慢性心脑血管疾病，在近些年来冠心病的发病率呈现明显增长的趋势，影响着患者的身心健康。在临床上一般采用介入治疗方式，经股动脉介入治疗、经皮腔内冠状动脉血管成形术，但是对于很多冠心病患者采用这两种方法治疗会产生神经及血管并发症，治疗效果并不理想，而经桡动脉穿刺介入治疗效果较好[1]。为探究其治疗效果，本研究选取我院在2013年6月至2014年8月期间收治的冠心病患者120例作为研究对象，现将研究结果报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 选取我院在2013年6月至2014年8月期间收治的冠心病患者120例作为研究对象，所有患者均符合冠心病诊断标准，其中男性患者74例，女性患者46例，其年龄均在39-76岁之间，平均年龄为（53.3plusmn;6.2）岁，采用抽签的方式将其分为对照组和观察组两组，每组有患者60例，两组患者的一般资料保证无明显的差异性，无统计
