• 1968年,日本名古屋大学的Marumo等从400 kg蚊母
树(Distylium racemosum Sieb et Zucc)树叶中分离
到751 g蚊母素A1和236 g蚊母素B,经过稻叶倾斜
法测试后,发现其引起稻叶弯曲的生物活性明显高于
IAA,他们认为这是由新的生长素引起的;
• 但因为实验材料不足,又缺乏合适的分析仪器,未能
进一步分离并确定其结构,也未引起科学界的普遍关
注(Agric Biol Chem, 1968);
• 后来查明,这种物质就是油菜素内酯类物质。
