: 2 氯丙酸是合成农药染料和农林化学品的重要中间体, 是一种重要的精细化工 品. 光学活
性的2 氯丙酸具有较高的生理活性或药理作用, 是除草剂的重要组成部分, 用于生 消炎解热镇
痛药布洛芬医药中间体2 丙氨酸以及农药中间体氯丙酸甲酯氯丙酸乙酯等低级醇酯, 也可用于
生 乳酸. 综述了近年来2 氯丙酸及其酯手性拆分国内外的研究和发展现状, 其拆分技术主要包
括化学拆分法生物酶法拆分法色谱拆分法和萃取拆分法等, 比较了各种方法的优缺点,指出了将
酶催化反应和化学合成结合, 是2 氯丙酸及其酯拆分研究的新途径, 对手性化合物的拆分与应用
起到积极的推动作用.

Research progress on the resolution of 2-chloropropionic acid and ester

Abstract: T he 2 chloropropionic acid is an important fine chemical which can be used in the syn
thesis of a number of chemicals including pesticides, dyestuffs, agriculture chemicals, etc. . T he
optical active 2 chloropropionic acid which has the high physiological activity or the pharmacologi
cal action is an important constituent of herbicides, and can be used in producing ibuprofen, the
medicine intermediate 2 alanine, methyl chloropropionate as intermediates of agricultural chemi
cals, ethyl chloropropionate and the preliminary alcohol ester. It may also be used in producing
lactic acid. The state of art of the recent chiral resolution research of 2 chloropropionic acid and
ester was reviewed. Different techniques including the methods of chemistry, biological enzyme,
chromatogram and extraction are summarized in detail. Both the advantages and disadvantages of
these techniques are compared. It can be concluded that the combination of en
