孟鲁司特治疗小儿轻度持续哮喘疗效分析 　　【摘要】目的 探讨孟鲁司特治疗小儿轻度持续哮喘的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2009年1月―2011年1月期间收治的150例小儿轻度持续性哮喘患者，随机分为对照组75例，观察组75例。对照组患者给予糖皮质激素吸入治疗，观察组患者在给予糖皮质激素吸入治疗的基础上，同时服用孟鲁司特。两组治疗3个月后，比较两组患者的临床疗效，并将临床疗效结果进行统计学分析。结果 观察组患者临床疗效优42例，临床疗效良28例，临床疗效中5例，临床疗效差0例，临床疗效优良率93.33%；对照组临床疗效优21例，临床疗效良22例，临床疗效中30例，临床疗效差2例，临床疗效优良率57.33%。两组患者在临床疗效优良率上有显著性差异，（x2=34.87 ，p＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论 孟鲁司特在治疗小儿轻度持续哮喘上具有理想的临床疗效，值得临床推广使用。 　　【关键词】孟鲁司特 小儿轻度持续哮喘 临床疗效 　　中图分类号：R725 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1005-0515（2012）2-011-02 　　Efficacy of montelukast treatment of children with mild persistent asthma 　　ZENG Zhao qin 　　(Weiyuan County, Sichuan Province Maternal and Child Health Hospital,, Neijiang 642 450) 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast treatment in children with mild persistent asthma. Methods 150 cases of children with mild persistent asthma patients admitted to hospital in January 2009 -2011 January, 75 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 75 cases. The control group were treated with inhaled corticosteroids treatment, observation group were given on the basis of the treatment of inhaled corticosteroids, while taking montelukast. Results the clinical efficacy of the observation group were excellent in 42 cases, the clinical efficacy of good 28 cases, 5 cases of clinical efficacy, clinical efficacy is poor in 0 cases, excellent clinical efficacy rate was 93.33%; the clinical efficacy of the control group were excellent in 21 cases, the clinical efficacy of good in 22 cases, 30 cases of clinical efficacy, clinical efficacy difference between the two cases, excellent clinical efficacy rate of 57.33%. Two groups of patients in x2 = 34.87, excellent clinical efficacy rate, a significant difference (P 0.05) was statistically significant.
