杨月全:基于神经网络的不确定非线性系统的滑模自适应稳定控制研究基于神经网络的不确定非线性系统的滑模自适应稳定控制研究 杨月全:基于神经网络的不确定非线性系统的滑模自适应稳定控制研究 基于神经网络的不确定非线性系统的滑模自适应稳定控制研究 中文摘要 近年来,智能控制技术在对不确定非线性动 态系统的控制领域的应用和研究越来越受到关 注,并且取得了很多成果。本论文主要分为两大 部分。第一部分主要运用多层神经网络所具有独 特的逼近非线性函数的特性和能力,针对一类不 确定非线性SISO动态系统,基于滑模控制原理 和Lyapunov稳定理论,设计并分析了两种控制方 案,最后经过严密的证明,保证了闭环系统的渐 近稳定。通过大量的仿真实验表明本论文所设计 的策略是正确的,并具有较强的鲁棒性。第二部 分针是对一类大系统的分散自适应控制问题,运 用第一部分已取得的成果,提出了一个分散稳定 自适应控制器,经过稳定性分析,证明了该控制 器能够保证被控系统闭环稳定,系统的跟踪误差 将收敛到零的某一较小的领域内,仿真试验也表 明了本部分所提出的策略是正确有效的。 本论文集中利用了多层前馈网络MNNs来进 行控制器设计和分析。要说明的是,有关将我们 的控制策略和技术推广到利用其它类型的神经网 络来解决相应的控制问题,还有待进一步研究。 关键词神经网络,非线性系统,分散系统, 滑模控制,自适应控制,稳定性,鲁棒性 塑型查兰堡主兰堡笙壅 塑型查兰堡主兰堡笙壅 oN SLIDING-MODE STABLE ADAPrIVE CONTROL FOR UNCERTAIN NONLINEAR SYSTEMS BASED ON NEURAL NETWORKS ABSTRACT Recently,intelligent control technology for unknown nonlinear systems has gained more and more attention.Many important results have been attained in this field. There mainly two parts in this thesis:firstly, by using the features and capability of MNNs。 (Multi-layer neural networks) approximating nonlinear functions,based the principle of sliding mode control and the theory of Lyapunov stability. two new kjnds of contro】schemes proposed and analyzed.Furthermore,the schemes designed irl this part guarantee global stability of the closed-loop systems while the tracking converges to Simulation studies illustrate the effectiveness and robustness of the schemes.Secondly,according to the results gained in the first part,an adaptive sliding mode controller for class of large.scale decentralized systems iS designed.By theoretical analysis and the simulations,the closed.100p decentralized adaptive contr01 system iS proved to be globally stable with tracking converging to neighborhood of zero.At the same time,the simulations show the efiectiveneSS and robustness Of thiS scheme.
