声光可调滤波器论文:基于布拉格调制下的成像光谱仪的分光部分研究 【中文摘要】基于声光可调滤波器机理的成像光谱仪具有独特的优越性,而Te02晶体是声光可调滤波器中实现分光的核心环节,针对成像光谱仪的研制需要,本文对采用Te02材料作为分光晶体的基于布拉格调制下的成像光谱仪中的几个基本问题进行了理论研究、模拟仿真和实验验证。本文首先具体研究了声光可调滤波器的超声波频率协调关系,通过对I.C.Chang理论模型和P.A.Gass修正理论模型中超声波频率协调关系的具体分析,得出Te02晶体的旋光特性对超声波频率协调关系的影响,并在此基础上利用核函数非线性映射的方法对超声波频率协调关系进行简化设计,首次提出了一种新形式的超声波频率协调关系的表达方法;为消除由于晶体色散而引起的图像漂移现象,提出在考虑晶体旋光特性的情况下,在晶体外表面添加光楔,并对光楔优化设计,达到最佳消色散效果;对成像光谱仪中最主要的参数之一——分辨率,进行了仿真研究;最后通过实验验证了对衍射光偏转角以及光谱分辨率的理论研究,并且计算了图像的漂移量,验证了声光可调滤波器的光谱图像成像的优劣。 【英文摘要】Imaging spectrometer which based on the mechanism of acousto-optic tunable filter has a unique advantage, and TeO2 crystal is the core area which realized dispersion in acousto-optic tunable. For the need of imaging spectrometer, some basic problems in imaging spectrometer which used the material of TeO2 as the dispersion crystal and based on Bragg modulation have been theoretical researched, simulated and experimental validated.Firstly, the ultrasonic frequency coordination relations of the acoustic-optic tunable filter has been studied amply in this paper. By analysis the ultrasonic frequency coordination relations in I.C.Chang theoretical model and P.A.Gass modified theoretical model, come to the ultrasonic frequency coordination relations effects of the rotatory property of the TeO2 crystal, the ultrasonic frequency coordination relations has been simplify designed by the method of the principle of Kernel function nonlinear mapping. And a new form expression of the ultrasonic frequency coordination relations has been proposed for the first time. In considering the case of the rotatory property of the crystal, added an optical wedge exit face of crystal in order to eliminate the image drift due to dispersion effectively, and the optical wedge is optimized by eliminating the dispersion. The resolution which is one of the most important parameter of the imaging spectrometer has been simulating.
