空间调制成像光谱仪调制度分析
摘要
本文系统的阐述了干涉成像光谱仪的发展背景、国内外研究现状以及重要应用。以时间调制型Michelson干涉成像光谱仪为例详细介绍了干涉成像光谱学的基础理论以及调制度的概念;文中对干涉成像光谱仪的两种经典类型(即时间调制干涉成像光谱仪和空间调制干涉成像光谱仪)的工作原理、结构及其特点进行了总结。
在此基础上,着重对三种典型的空间调制干涉成像光谱仪(即静态Michelson干涉成像光谱仪、基于Wollaston棱镜的偏振干涉成像光谱仪以及大横向剪切量空间调制干涉成像光谱仪)的工作原理、结构特点、横向剪切或角剪切原理、光程差计算以及调制度的推导进行了研究分析。讨论了探测器单元尺寸、平面反射镜倾斜角以及Wollaston棱镜楔角等因素对干涉条纹调制度的影响,并建立了相应的数学模型。根据调制度的临界条件,对影响调制度的各参数的取值做了进一步的讨论分析。本文的研究可以为空间调制干涉成像光谱仪的设计、研制和调试提供了理论依据。

Analysis of the modulation depth of spatially modulated Fourier-transform spectrometer
ABSTRACT
In the paper, the development, the research and applying situation of Fourier-transform spectrometer (FTS) are proposed systematically. The basic principles of Fourier-transform imaging spectroscopy are discussed by the example of the temporarily modulated Michelson Fourier-transform imaging spectrometer. The concept of Modulation Depth is also introduced. The essential principles, basic configuration and advantages of the two classic Fourier-transform spectrometers are analyzed here, which are temporarily modulated and spatially modulated Fourier-transform imaging spectrometer.
The working principles, configurations, principles of the lateral shearing or angel shearing beam splitter, calculations of optical path difference and the derivation of modulation depth of the three spatially modulated Fourier-transform imaging spectrometers that are the static Michelson FTS, the polarization FTS based on Wollaston prism and the class of Signac spatially modulated FTS are especially proposed and analyzed. Then the effects on the degree of the modulation by the dimension of the CCD array, the tilt angle of the mirror, the wedge angle of Wollaston prism are discussed in the paper.
