子宫内膜癌腹部超声与阴道彩超诊断对比分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析比较子宫内膜癌腹部超声与阴道彩超诊断结果。方法 我院超声科2016年5月～2017年5月收治48例疑诊子宫内膜癌患者，所有患者均进行腹部超声检查以及阴道彩超检查，比较腹部超声检查与阴道超声检查临床检出情况。结果 阴道彩超临床准确率、敏感度均明显高于腹部超声检查，阴道彩超检查显示Ⅰ期20例，Ⅱ期12例，Ⅲ期11例，Ⅳ期2例，腹部超声检查显示Ⅰ期17例，Ⅱ期10例，Ⅲ期11例，Ⅳ期2例，阴道彩超检查与腹部超声检查各项数据比较，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对于子宫内膜癌患者进行阴道超声检查可有效提高临床检出率，且阴道超声检查对子宫内膜血流信号更为敏感。 　　[关键词] 子宫内膜癌；腹部超声；阴道彩超；诊断结果 　　[中图分类号] R445.1；R711.71 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）32-0120-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and compare the results of abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal color ultrasonography in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods 48 cases of suspected endometrial carcinoma patients treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were chosen， and all patients were received abdominal ultrasonography or transvaginal color ultrasonography， and the clinical detection results of abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography were compared. Results The clinical accuracy and sensitivity of transvaginal color ultrasonography were significantly higher than those of abdominal ultrasonography. Transvaginal color ultrasonography examination results showed 20 cases of patients in stage Ⅰ， 12 cases of patients in stage Ⅱ， 11 cases of patients in stage Ⅲ and 2 cases of patients in stage Ⅳ. Abdominal ultrasonography examination results showed 17 cases of patients in stage I， 10 cases of patients in stage Ⅱ， 11 cases of patients in stage Ⅲ， 2 cases of patients in Ⅳ. The differences of the examination data of abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal color ultrasonography were statistically significant（P0.O5）.
