摘 摘 要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 本课题的主要任务是完成液压泵控制系统设计及实现。该液压泵是某新型试 验系统中的核心设备之一,对其主电机转速控制精度要求较高,同时要实现主 电机与多台辅助电机间的严格运行逻辑、要求控制系统具有远程与本地操控及 良好的人机交互等功能。文中对整个设计过程作了详细介绍,主要内容如下: 1) 介绍了变频调速的基本原理,并对本系统使用的 ABB ACS800 变频器做 了介绍并说明变频器具体设置。 2) 介绍了 PLC 系统及各个组成模块的作用,详细论述了 PLC 系统要实现 的各种功能及其编程。 3) 根据设计要求提出控制方案,并详细阐述了控制电路设计。 4) 介绍了施耐德 vigeo citect 组态软件的构成以及功能特点,以及在该组态 软件上所实现的上位机控制界面设计。 5) 论述了控制系统的通讯方案及具体配置。 关键词:PLC;变频器;变频调速;组态软件 I AB ABSTRACT ABSTRACT The main task in paper is the hydraulic pump control system design and implementation. The hydraulic pump is one of the core part of the system , which has a high request for speed precision control .The system achieves the main functions such as strict run logic between the main motor and the other sets of auxiliary motors, remote and local operation, good human-computer interaction, and other functions. The paper has detail introduction to the design process, and the main content is as follows: This paper introduces the basic principle of frequency control of motor speed, and the use of the ABB ASC800 converter. With PLC system and the function of each composition module are introduced, the paper also discusses the various functions and its programming. The paper puts forward the control scheme according to the design requirements and expounds the control circuit design in detail. The paper introduces the schneider vigeo citect configuration software and its composition and functions, as well as the PC control interface design completed with the software. The paper discusses the communication scheme and the specific configuration of the control system .
