The Design of DMF Recycling process Monitoring system based on Siemens PLC Abstract Along with the computer industry control development of technology, computer monitoring system technology improvement, Programmable Logic controllers industrial control system for all kinds of automatic control equipment provides a very reliable control application, the main reason is that it can provide security for automation control application reliable and comparatively perfect solution. This article introduces The Design of DMF Recycling process control system based on Siemens PLC.including the whole system composition, hardware configurat ion and software of the design.Due to the industrial control configuration software and PLC as control core, this system can effectively solve the recovery process of automatic monitoring DMF and control problems, better satisfaction of the DMF recycling process various control quantity. In order to monitor the control system and process data in actual time, we designed HMI with the configuration software WINCC and Kingview.
