Study of the Background Knowledge: 1. What is an enquiry? An enquiry is made when one party of a transaction wants to get a supply of products, service or information from the other party/parties. It is the first step of a business negotiation. The essential points of an enquiry should be: simplicity, clearness and conciseness. III. Study of the Background Knowledge: 2.
